Mazda Smart Key - Shell Replacement Procedure

The above video demonstrates the procedure to open your remote. Once opened, you may complete the conversion using the steps below:
1 - Once your remote is opened you will need to remove the center part that covers the main board. This can be removed the same way that the back part was removed (to access the battery)
2 - After the center part is removed, you will have access to the main board. Remove the main board and transfer it to the new shell.
3 - After transferring the main board into your new shell, snap the center piece onto the front piece (i.e. the part with the buttons (and with your main board).
4 - Insert the battery from your old remote then replace the battery gasket and battery cover.
5 - Snap the back part on and insert key.
